About the Friends of the Railroad:
The Friends of the Railroad, Inc. is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization headquartered in Victor, NY.
Victor, NY is fortunate to have been served by three distinctly different railroads since 1840: the Auburn Branch, part of the original New York Central Railroad opened in 1840; the Buffalo Division of the Lehigh Valley Railroad in 1892; and the Rochester & Eastern Rapid Railway in 1904.
Today, Finger Lakes Railway, continues the 170 year railroad tradition, providing rail service on the former mainline of the Lehigh Valley Railroad to the Town and Village of Victor and surrounding communities.
